But funny enough, the picture is just as great if not better then HDTV due to the fact that the Wii doesn't have 1080i. I tried it out and to my surprise all the cables had a snug fit.
It seemed a bit overpriced. So I looked around to find this cable.
I was really surprised when I found out that the official componet cable was $30+. I got it incredibly fast too.
The price is what caught my attention. With shipping it only costed me $7.
The quality of the picture had a DRAMATIC difference then the old Y,R,W.I have a SDTV not an HDTV. Overall I'm incredibly happy with this purchase.
Hooked it up to my Wii and Samsung plasma TV without problems. It is cheap and it works. Picture looks great, no problems with color. Cables fit snugly.
Wii So if they can make a 'up-convered' DVD player and it looks just as good as Blu-ray why can Nitendo not make an 'up-convered' Wii game unit. So you can play right on the HDTV with out using the NTSC receiver in it.
Bought these component cables to get HDTV quality on the games vs the standard RCA cables that came with the Wii. I have a 48" LCD TV and could not tell the difference between the original RCA cables Vs these component cables.
You really can tell the difference. Works great, price is great, actually, I caught it at a price of 3.50. You would not regret.
